Ms. Chhavi Rohilla

Assistant Professor

Ms. Chhavi Rohilla is a UGC NET-qualified health and wellness expert. She is a graduate in Food Science from the Institute of Home Economics, University of Delhi, and a master's degree holder in Food and Nutrition from the Lady Irvin College, University of Delhi.

She holds extensive experience in the field of health and wellness, starting her career with the UNICEF and Centre for Health Research and Development, SAS (WHO). There she worked as a Nutrition Counselor and counseled hundreds of pregnant mothers in the rural areas of South Delhi about their nutrition requirements and how they can fulfill their requirements with the help of meal planning. In her last assignment, she worked with an institute as a Nutrition Faculty and mentored the next generation of nutritionists and dieticians and conducted workshops of trending topics in the field of health and wellness.

She has been associated with organizations like Sakshi NGO and has been conducting seminars and workshops on various nutrition-related topics in rural India. She is passionate about public health, diet management, meal planning, and food science. She is confident and an effective orator who keeps herself updated about various nutrients studies and researches, clinical management, and hospitality management.

She has been a preacher of a healthy lifestyle and has completed her certification course in Yoga Training from the Ministry of AYUSH and Patanjali Yogpeeth. She has been trained in classical Kathak for four years and would love to channel her energy through dance whenever possible. She is an avid reader and music lover.
