Mohd. Zaid has an enriching experience of 23 years in hospitality. Armored with a food and beverage background, he has worked with hotels like The Imperial, Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, Hilton, and the Intercontinental. He has worked intensively in F&B outlets like In-Room Dining, the Bar, coffee shops, and specialty restaurants.

Mohd. Zaid has done his DTM and MTM from IGNOU, MBA (Finance) from VMU, BA from the University of Delhi and Apprenticeship Course from National Council in F&B Service. He is a certified skill trainer in F&B Service from THSC and AHLEI.

He has been conferred with received Long Service award for 10 years of service with Intercontinental The Grand New Delhi. Mohd. Zaid has been awarded the Best Sales Person Rendezvous (Coffee Shop) by Hilton, New Delhi.
