All the films of up to 15 minutes long can register in the GLOBAL FESTIVAL OF FILMS ON PEACE & SPIRITULITY.

No work or artist will be either discriminated or favored by their country of origin, language, age, race, gender, education, ideology or by their economic resources. Every content, every form, every technique will be admitted with no censorship of any kind.

All films must be submitted with English subtitles if in a language other then English.

Whichever the original format (Film, analogical video, digital video, animation) all films will be processed alike: using software approved by Annual programmed without Frontiers, sent by Internet and lodged in auxiliary servers for the evaluation of the Jury. If a film can be displayed at the moment from Internet. Simply can be sent the link. Also there is an option to sand a digital copy on line.

For Producers who prefer the traditional way, there is a DVD, CD-ROM Mini DVCAM, Mini DV submission option, to our technical provider address, for digitizing, converting to approve files, and uploading to Festival server. The Festival will not arrangements at their own expense for double-system print submissions.

As a first stage. All the films will be displayed by the Committee of Art of the Programmer to consider possible invitations to other events. The Committee of Art can also determine Special Mentions.

At last, the Jury of the Festival will award on the basis of: Screen play, Direction, Actor and Actress Performances, Art, Photography, Edition and integral realization. In addition to the Appreciations by Category, the Jury will grant the Special Prize to the Best Short Films and the Second Best Short Films.

The Award will be announced by internet and distributed by International Press Media. Prizes, the Festival and the Program must mention in all public display and promotion material of the films awarded.

The Committee of Art reserves the right to select and to invite any of the films registered, to other events and media, such as the Annual International Screening. Open to the public and media.

The deadline for registration is 30st October 2007. the Festival is not obliged to view late entries. The announcement of the Awards is programmed for 17th November 2007.

No Entry fees to participate in the Festival.

If you want your screener returned, you must include a self addressed, stamped, padded envelope.

All films must be submitted with a completed entry form.

Participation in the GLOBAL FESTIVAL OF FILMS ON PEACE & SPIRITUALITY implies the acceptance of these Rules & Regulations.

| Please include the following items with the submission form: |

- Synopsis in English
- Three to five captioned, horizontal, format stills from the films. (Digital images must be at a min. resolution of 300 dpi, 18 cm wide, color, eps or jpeg format.)
- Vertical-Format photo of the director. (Digital images must be at a min. resolution of 300 dpi, 18cm wide, color eps or jpeg format) if possible.
- Biography and filmography of the director. (Biography should include information on the director's place of birth (town or city and country) and education, including both the colleges/University attended and the program of study undertaken. Filmography should list all prior films directed, and include the following information for each: Original title, title in English, year of release running time, type of film.
(Feature/documentary/short) and any award received.
Note: If the Photographs are not available at the time of submission, they will be requested immediately upon selection. |

| ALL FILMS MUST: |
- Be completed by entry deadline (NO works-in-progress);
- Be submitted with English subtitles if in a language other then English;
- be submitted with a completed entry from and appropriate requirements;
- not be widely commercially available on video/DVD , before the festival dates. Please contact filmclub@aaft.com for questions and clarifications.

| Entry Procedure: |
For preview purposes, films must be submitted on DVD (regions 1 , 0 or PAL). Submit legible entry form with the preview tape. Please print clearly and provide all information requested. If you want your screener returned. You must include a self-addressed, stamped, padded envelope. Nothing will be returned otherwise. It is advised that you keep a photocopy of this completed application for your own reference. If your film is selected, publicity photographs & poster must be sent immediately. Photos, slides, and 300 dpi or higher electronic image are acceptable. Please read and understand the agreement at the end of form before signing and submitting. All entrants will be notified of the status of their submission by email no later then November. 7th, 2007. Notification of acceptance or rejection will not include criticism or feedback specific to your entry. |
